Just Cruisin'...

Last week, I went on a cruise of the Eastern Caribbean. I really had some delicious treats! What follows include a vegetarian Indian platter served in the ship's restaurant, a lobster enjoyed on February 14th, a Valentine's Day chocolate dessert, seared tuna in St. Thomas...served with fried plantains that came with the most unique sugar/honey sauce. Enjoy!
